We’re all a part of the spectrum of holistic light
and just like the color yellow will never
permanently fade and disappear from that spectrum
each of us (including all life forms)
will never permanently disappear
With all the colors of life’s palette (life’s rainbow)
with all the dimensions of living light
we are there
There will always be yellow
and though yellow (and green) may fade now and then
they will always be there

My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original holistic-truth oriented prose and/or poetry involving mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped.
I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy.

Amazing Tom…very well written….
Much appreciated, Sri Suda! 🙂
monkey wonder what kind camera machine tom use & what software for play with image too.
For this one, an old Fuji HS30EXR. (Some of the old cameras are best.) For the software: all kinds of free online stuff. (Beware, however, of the free online software unless you are very good at preventing and getting rid of malware, including viruses; they are out there in droves.) The best photos that i do are done with lasers to make 3D holograms… but that’s another story… and they can’t properly be shown on 2D computer or tablet screens.
Interesting. Fortunately yellow is cheerful. 🙂
Yes! All the colors are cheerful in their own way! 🙂
True 🙂
Wonderful and amazing Tom! 🙂
Many thanks, Marcela! 🙂
wonderful and beautiful post, Thomas. Good luck for the election. Have a nice weekend, regards Mitza
So glad you realize it, Mitza; i knew you would! 🙂 The election is rather a joke… just like real seriousness and depth here is rather a joke, (unfortunately).
You should live in Europe. We have a little more serious mentality. When Trump wins you can move to Hamburg., Thomas. You will find a lot of intelligent people here. You must teach Tweetie some German words, regards Mitza
Sounds tempting, Mitza! 🙂 Tweetie would probably learn German better than i would! 🙂
Beautiful 🙂
Thank you, Laura! Coming from you, that means something! 🙂
Oh goodness! Thank you!!
What a striking bee! I’ve never seen a green one before.
They are even rarer than the regular bees (especially these days), but one sees them once in a while!
Love this one, Tom.
🙂 Much appreciated, Lindy! (I like it too!) 🙂
Nice analogy using light and colors Tom!
Many thanks, Pieter! 🙂 (This one is one of my favs!) 🙂
The poem? Or the picture? 🙂
so bright, Tom
I’m wearing shades 🙂
I hope so! Thanks much, David! 🙂
