There is here
We are them
“I” is not
When is where
Past is future
Future is past
We are water
Up is down
Uncurled is curled
Tears are joy
Hate is mindless
Poem is reading
Awake not dreaming
See not knowing
Pour was spill
Clean was dirty
Little is big
Born was dead
Left to right
Wings are resting
Desert was thirsty
Jungle was noise
War is sorrow
Flowers are calling
She is he
Silence is golden
Once is always
Time is ticking

little is Big … Photo by Thomas Peace c. 2022

My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original holistic-truth oriented prose and/or poetry involving mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped. I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy. Stay mindful, understanding, and caring!...

  1. Yep, time is the needle that knits all into one, and, as we Poles say, “Czas leci.”

  2. Now Tom, this certainly presses the mind to pause and reflect on the big picture of how opposites can attract and mirror one in the same. Sweet my friend. 😊🍹😘

  3. Poetry today – very nice Tom, plus that insect positioned just so on a plant that it blends in and we can count every single fuzzy hair on the leaf. Awesome!
