Oh no worries! π
Also I am British – but yes, South Africans speak “English English” not “American English” as it was a British colony – like Australia. π
And I’ll pass on yore cudull to LM. π
that’s what I’m asking myself, too, a lot of times. The superficial is easy and you don’t have to use your brain, maybe and you swim with the stream…. Have a nice day, regards Mitza
Good, Mitza, keep asking yourself questions like that! Yes, easy, with little brain usage required, and you swim with the stream! My day was OK. I took Marla to the doctors today for Botox shots in her neck for Dystonia but was also able pop by the river that is along the hospital to get some nice flower and bug shots. Have a great, non-superficial week! π
That’s a very nice way to format your thought, and a great photo. Is that insect as furry as he looks? Your word play reminds me of a sign I pass from time to time that I’m sure was done on purpose. It says, “Hey fur sail.”
haha Lovely poem – but I had to remember to read it in an American accent! Doo rather than Deeuuooww for Dew! π
Ha! Sorry about that, Scifi! Didn’t realize that yew Capers pronounced it dat way! Give LM a hug four us (or a chew toy)! π

Wow.. great macro
Thanks, Leyla! It’s not an insect seen around here very often! π

Well said and photographed!
Thanks much, Belinda! π That Chafer is not one that we see very often! π
Always nice to spot something uncommonπ
Hermoso! So beautiful and exΓ³tic! π
Thank you, Marcela! Stay cool and keep snappin’! π
Very nice poem and love the delivery
Thanks, P&B! Chafers eat rose plants, i think, but ours aren’t doing well anyway, except the wild one down by the river bank. π
