The steps to the train they know their name
The sign by the bus creates a big fuss
The gate by the tree bent its left knee
The red light in town gave a huge frown
The bite off the peach spoke each to each
The cat on the floor petted more and more
The letter to the friend had plenty to spend
The tree by the brook gave a sweet kindly look
The snail by the well some flowers did sell
The fossil on the stone held its own cellphone
The fear by the door drowned by the shore
The bouncing ball was a joyful dog at a wall
The fog around the house chased a wild mouse
The slicing of bread would soon go to bed
The white toilet seat had just enough to eat
The smiles on the train did not ever complain
The look at the crow had photographs to show
The creak in the floor opened the front door
The corn in the field depressed brakes to yield
The flowers in the yard toiled very hard
The pen in the hand helped to make the man
The wisdom and the tree had to go and pee

My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original holistic-truth oriented prose and/or poetry involving mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped.
I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy.

Stay mindful, understanding, and caring!...
fantastic, Thomas, the words and the trilobite, have a nice day, regards Mitza
Thank you, Mitza! 🙂 I used to collect trilobites locally that were around 450 to 270 million years old… (not this one, though).
450 to 270 million years old, what a collection of trilobites you have!
Yes, thanks, Amy! 🙂 I have one from the Pennsylvanian Period, right before they went extinct — that i found locally — that is so rare that the hard-cover book on Trilobites that i have (that lists them in chronological order with photos) doesn’t even have a photo of one from that late period; they are that rare!
Terrific fossil and poem, last line made me laugh.
Thanks, Karen! It made me laugh too! 🙂
Thanks Tom, the mind spins off in fractals when I read your words. I see it everywhere and the world suddenly makes sense…
Good, T! 🙂 There is order everywhere… except where things are fallacious.
poet Tom 🙂
We’ll all, David, be a lot happier when man gets things right psychologically and environmentally… and will be a lot wiser.
