(Multi-Photo)*** And when I am formulated, sprawling on a pin, when I am pinned and wriggling on the wall, then how should I begin… (T.S. Eliot)

There’s metamorphosis movingbursting

My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original mindfulness sayings and/or poetry that deals with mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped. I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy. Stay mindful, understanding, and caring!...

  1. Yes… it’s a bit like taxidermy. It’s a good thing that higher life forms haven’t come here mounting us on their walls to display! 😉 The poem (and one suspects Eliot’s also) deals a lot too with the way people label fluid and changing others… mounting them in their brains as if they are some kind of stuffed, rigid, static display items.
