Beautiful colors. We have loosestrife, too. It’s still blooming, and it’s covered with bees and hoverflies.
A lot of people, Linda, when they see or photograph a hoverfly, say, “Look at the bee.” I’m glad you realize what they are. 🙂
Lovely little bee and such vibrant colours. 😀
Thank you, Scifi! It’s a very beautiful spot to be taking photos in. 🙂
I’m not sure if I’ve ever seen loosestrife. The bee sure loves it!
Yes, a number of insects take advantage of the abundant nectar that they emit. 🙂
That is a busy bee in the blossoms – no words necessary, just utter appreciation for the photo you posted.
Thank you, Linda! The pond area that these are in is an enchanting, wonderful place. 🙂
It sure looks like it Tom. The purple flowers are always so vibrant looking.
Love the beautiful photo (miss the words)!🙂
Ha! 🙂 Well, we’ll just have to fix that!
😁
Speaks volumes…busy bee! 😀
Yes, the observer and the observed are one. 🙂
Such a beautiful photograph 🙂 I just love Bee’s. The petals look like paper. Beautiful
Thank you, Sam! Cute pooch! 🙂
Amazing….just like you.
