Too many people don’t understand that nature kisses back. Sometimes, nature even kisses first, and we’re the ones who have the chance to respond — or not.
Thanks, Mitza! Tweetie’s been naughty lately, taking a nut off of a screw of her toy, intentionally, when she full well knows not to do that! Bad bird! 🙂
I hope he doesn’t have to either Tom but we had an ugly weather day today – first they called for snow, then no snow, then we had rain, graupel and snow that stuck … they said it will just stick to the grass. I am frustrated by our lack of having Fall, no Indian Summer and in general lousy weather conditions for the entire 2018. I took a picture of a squirrel at the Park who got as wet as I did when it suddenly started snowing like crazy. Feet and tail were wet – I can’t say I ever saw a squirrel with a wet tail – it was like he needed Brylcreme for it. We’re around the same age so you know what Brycreme is. 🙂
Oh this is wonderful! Those first two lines…so sweet and understood!! A memorable delightful piece! 😊
So glad you see something there, MS! 🙂

Yes, mostly not, these days, unfortunately. Nature, too, can be chock full of real violence and conflict, and we need to transcend beyond all that. 🙂
How beautiful, your words and photo!
