Upon this earth a here transpired
between all rabbits and everything inspired
Miraculous rambling after the tidings of dawn
beyond bourgeois commercials that boringly yawn
You’re not the world around you, you’ve learned assuredly
but seeing yourself apart perverts so luridly
To blossom past superficial darkness quite superb and transcendent
not the separative space of a shadowy pretendant

My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original holistic-truth oriented prose and/or poetry involving mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped.
I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy.

Stay mindful, understanding, and caring!...
I love this Tom. Great rhyming and fun.
Thank you, M! … and some meaning too, we hope! 🙂
Very much so. Remiss of me not to say!
🙂 (Words are always limited… it not your fault in the least!)
Wow! I really like your poem and amazing photo, Tom 🙂
Much appreciated, Sci! I sure hope that those bush shrimps don’t team up with the squirrels and retake over the attic! 🙂
hahaha Me too! 🙂
wonderful poem and photo, Thomas. Did Tweetie paint the last one?
Thank you, Mitza! 🙂 No, Tweetie didn’t paint the last one! If she did, we would be famous! Yesterday, Tweetie had a lot of down feathers on the bottom of her cage; usually, there are only one or two. As i was cleaning the cage, i explained to her that i think it may (since it was raining a lot that day) be the heavy barometric (heavy air pressure) that was pushing on her body helping the feathers to get squeezed out. I said, “That is what i think is happening.” Tweetie then, matter-of-factly, said, “I do too.” 🙂
that’s so funny, cute and intelligent, what she said. You should write a book about her.
🙂
Wonderful image. Almost looks like beckoning fingers…
They are, in a big way, like beckoning fingers! 🙂
