.  True hate is instant separation from the whole… and instant ignorance (and, hence, is always false).

My Blog primarily consists of close-up nature photos (that I've taken locally) combined with original mindfulness sayings and/or poetry that deals with mindfulness/awareness. I love nature and I love understanding the whole (not merely the parts and the details). I'm a retired teacher of the multiply handicapped. I have a number of interesting hobbies, such as fossil collecting, sport-kite flying, 3D and 2D close-up photography, holography, and pets. Most of all, I am into holistic self-awareness, spontaneous insight, unconventional observation/direct perception, mindfulness, meditation, world peace, non-fragmentation, population control, vegetarianism, and green energy. Stay mindful, understanding, and caring!...

  1. Much to ponder.
Have to confess it is the one emotion that remains an enigma for me. Even in the darkest days of persecution by a group of bullies in my youth, I could never quite find the place where hate resided – and just felt confused and lost regarding their actions…
To recognise falsity in it, now. There I can go…
    Thank you.

  2. Got to love synchronicity. Having a jokey to a fro with a friend, which ended with her telling me to go to bed – resulting in the riposte – “I WON’T sleep, and I HATE you!!!”, the way children will oftimes be heard to cry. NOW I get it! 😀

    • We all have latent hate deep within us (and possibly love too). The hate is in our DNA because of millions of years of having to struggle and contend against domineering beasts and vicious organism in order to survive. Now that we’re supposedly civilized, we still have a lot of this “fight potential” locked inside of us. If we are intelligent and observant, we can observe it for what it is and not let it take root.
